Community Portal
Need to pay your dues? Communicate with the property manager? View billing history and documents? The new Portal allows you to do all that and more. If you need assistance logging in to your portal, contact the property manager.
Monthly Board Meetings
The HOA Board for Orchards at Greentree hosts a monthly meeting for homeowners to voice concerns, share ideas, and hear about what’s going on with the community.
Meetings are held the third Thursday of each month (except for June and December).
January, February, March, and April meetings are held virtually via Zoom.
May, June, July, August, September, October, and November meetings are likely to be held in-person at the Clubhouse (or hybrid with Zoom capabilities).
