Board

Board members are volunteer homeowners who take an active role in keeping our neighborhood safe, beautiful, and financially responsible. 

The Orchards at Greentree holds an annual election for the HOA Board seats each June. All eligible homeowners (up-to-date on dues and fines) receive the seat nominations and cast one vote per household. Positions are elected to a two-year term.  Once elected, Board members attend monthly meetings then address community issues and participate in email discussions as-needed in between the meeting dates.

If you wish to run for the Board, keep a look out for the nomination forms that are typically mailed out in May.
