Pool (May–September)
The Orchards’ pool is usually open on weekends from Memorial Day through the middle of June and is open seven days a week from the third week in June through Labor Day weekend. To access the pool, residents must have a Pool Pass. Seasonal or Daily pool passes are also available for purchase. There is also a fenced-in kiddie pool for our community’s youngest swimmers.
Clubhouse Rental
Orchards at Greentree has a Clubhouse for events that is also available for homeowners to rent. Renovated in 2022, the Clubhouse seats 80 guests max, includes tables and chairs, full kitchen facilities, and access to restrooms.
Tennis and Pickleball Courts
Two full-size tennis courts (with painted pickleball court lines) are located behind the Clubhouse. Depending on the weather, tennis court nets are typically up from March through November.

Basketball Court
A full-size basketball court with a single net is located along Red Haven Drive by the Tot Lot and Tennis Courts. Court/net is first come, first-served. If there are any issues with the basketball net/court, please notify the property manager.
Tot Lots/Playgrounds
The Orchards has three tot lots available for the enjoyment of children ages 2-12.
- One tot lot set located by the Clubhouse and Basketball Court on Harvest Rd/Red Haven Drive.
- One taller tot lot is located behind the units on Red Haven Drive. Entrances are between the 4000 & 4200 blocks, the 5300 & 5500 blocks, and the 5500 & 5700 blocks.
- A third tot lot is located centrally in the Roberts Lane court. Entrances are between the 400 & 600 blocks and the 1000 & 1200 blocks.
Dog Waste Stations
For the convenience of our pet owners, the community has several dog waste stations throughout the neighborhood. You will find several along Lincoln Drive and also by the Tot Lot on Red Haven Dr/Harvest Road. Should you find the stations to be empty of bags, please notify the property manager.
*Note: Be a responsible dog owner. Not only is it common courtesy to your neighbors, it is the law. Evesham Township has very specific ordinances regarding pets.
Leash Law: All pets must be restrained on a leash at all times while in any of the common areas of the property.
Scoop Law: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet in ALL areas of the property.
In addition, try to lead your dog away from your neighbor’s lawn property.
Important Notice: Evesham Township does have a curfew of 10:00 pm for minors 17 years of age and younger.
