Having a Gathering? Watch Your Guests’ Parking – Orchards at Greentree

Orchards at Greentree

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Having a Gathering? Watch Your Guests’ Parking

Guests must park in a visitor space, along the curb, or at the Clubhouse.

Vehicles are NOT permitted to park at yellow curbs, or to block mailboxes or residents’ vehicles.

Homeowners and tenants are responsible for where their guests park. Please communicate with your guests on acceptable parking practices.

Please be respectful of your neighbors! This also presents a safety issue if a vehicle is parked in a way that blocks visibility for pedestrians and other drivers.

If you know of a neighbor who excessively permits guests to violate the neighborhood’s parking rules, notify the Property Manager.
