Looking for a place to host a party or event for up to 60 guests? Need a little more space than your home can accommodate? Looking for an indoor venue so you don’t have to stress about the weather? Turn to The Orchards!
For a $200 fee (plus security deposit), residents and tenants in good standing can reserve the Clubhouse for personal use for up to 8 hours.
Please be respectful and leave the Clubhouse as clean as you had entered it.

About the Facilities
The Clubhouse has a kitchen with a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, cabinets, and counter space (recently upgraded). Chairs and tables for up to sixty are available on site. The main room is carpeted and tastefully painted in modern neutral colors. There is a women’s and men’s restroom open for use. All trash must be removed at the end of your function.
Rental of the Clubhouse does not guarantee access to the Pool or tennis courts. A pool party is not acceptable for rental use as shoes must be worn at all times and wet/dripping clothing is not permitted inside the Clubhouse.
