Tennis Court Etiquette – Orchards at Greentree

Orchards at Greentree

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Tennis Court Etiquette

Access to the tennis courts are allowed for homeowners and tenants who inquire with the Property Manager to receive a key.

Note that the tennis courts are for tennis and pickleball use ONLY.

Court users MUST remember to lock the gate upon leaving.

The Board invests money in making sure the courts surface is in acceptable shape, that the nets are good for use, and that the locks are in a usable and secure condition. Unauthorized users have made their way into the courts and so far have cost us over $400 in damages to the nets in 2024 alone.

Please join us in taking care of our community’s property.

If you observe inappropriate use of the tennis/pickleball courts, please report activity to the Property Manager.
