A new resolution has been passed to clarify the definition commercial vehicles within the Orchards at Greentree.

While commercial vehicles have not been permitted to park on property since 2002, the Board recently expanded what defines a “commercial vehicle.”

A ‘Commercial Vehicle:’

• Any motor vehicle with commercial license plates;
• Any motor vehicle with any signs, writing, pictures, symbols, or other display(s) of any kind which identifies or relates in any way to a business;
• Any motor vehicle equipped with tools, ladders, tool racks, or other construction-type equipment on the exterior of the vehicle.
