ANNOUNCEMENTS

Time for Spring Property Inspections

Springtime is the perfect season for a fresh start. Help us keep our community beautiful, uniform, and a place we are proud to call home. Examine your property in these areas and plan to perform upkeep maintenance to avoid receiving a violation letter and fines.

Spring Property Maintenance Checklist

  • Evaluate condition of exterior fixtures such as doors, trim, windows, shutters, soffits, and roofing. Repair as needed.
  • Clear gutters and downspouts for debris.
  • Touch up any faded or stripped paint and stain.
  • Inspect fencing. Replace any damaged or missing fence slats and gates.
  • Keep easements clear.
  • Freshen up and weed flower beds.
  • Clear weeds and grass from sidewalk cracks.
  • Repair lifted sidewalks (sidewalks are owners’ property).
  • Inspect condition of trees and branches. Trim trees that are near the house or blocking the sidewalk.
  • Review the new window air conditioning unit rules and submit an ARC form if planning to use a floor one.
  • Keep trash cans in the rear of the property.
  • Mow lawn regularly and continue lawn/flower bed maintenance throughout the Spring and Summer.
  • If needed, power wash property exterior and concrete.

Remember to submit an ARC Form for any and all upgrades.
