Spring Property Maintenance Checklist
- Evaluate condition of exterior fixtures such as doors, trim, windows, shutters, soffits, and roofing. Repair as needed.
- Clear gutters and downspouts for debris.
- Touch up any faded or stripped paint and stain.
- Inspect fencing. Replace any damaged or missing fence slats and gates.
- Keep easements clear.
- Freshen up and weed flower beds.
- Clear weeds and grass from sidewalk cracks.
- Repair lifted sidewalks (sidewalks are owners’ property).
- Inspect condition of trees and branches. Trim trees that are near the house or blocking the sidewalk.
- Review the new window air conditioning unit rules and submit an ARC form if planning to use a floor one.
- Keep trash cans in the rear of the property.
- Mow lawn regularly and continue lawn/flower bed maintenance throughout the Spring and Summer.
- If needed, power wash property exterior and concrete.
