Fine Procedures
Per the Orchards’ Bylaws, The Association has the power to levy fines against any member for violation(s) committed by the member, their tenants, or guests. This aids in enforcing owners to make repairs to their dwellings and keep their property properly maintained as per the General Rules and Regulations.
After two written notices for a single violation, the unit owner may face up to $25 per day until the issue is rectified or arrangements are discussed with the Property Manager. Association members with unpaid fines are not considered in good standing and may be restricted from amenities that include but are not limited to: revoked pool access, inability rent the Clubhouse, or ineligible to run for a seat or vote in the annual Board election.
