As the weather warms up, more residents spend time outside walking around the neighborhood and using our amenities. Please be safe, courteous, and respectful of others when parking and driving your vehicle this Spring.

Dont’s:

• Don’t block the sidewalk when parking in your driveway
• Don’t block sidewalk access ramps
• Don’t block fire hydrants or mailboxes
• Don’t park at yellow curbs or in potentially dangerous blind spots
• Don’t blast excessively loud music for an extended period of time
• Don’t speed, especially in the vicinity of the neighborhood playgrounds or around curves/blind spots within our community

Do’s

• Do leave sidewalk space that accommodates residents with strollers, wheelchairs, pets, etc.
• Do encourage ALL guests and visitors to abide by all Orchards parking rules and requirements
• Do park at the Clubhouse if needed
• Do abide by posted speed limits (15 mph) for the safety of our residents, children, and pets
• Do respect posted signage such as reserved parking spaces, stop signs, speed limit signs, and no parking signs
• Do report any repeat offenders to the Property Manager
